Curl Power: Women's Only Strength Training

This 8-week, 16 session program is designed to equip you with essential knowledge and skills for a successful weight-training journey, while fostering a sense of belonging and community among participants.

This program is geared towards those who are new to the gym and weightlifting, or looking to refine their techniques. Our focus is on foundational principles that ensure safe, effective, and informed exercise practices.

Combine Conditioning Race Series

Combine Conditioning is a short functional fitness class that blends endurance and strength training to push you to get stronger and faster over a period of six weeks.

Participants will move through a series of stations combining running, rowing, sled pushing, wall balls, weighted lunges, and more. Each session is designed to progressively build the power and stamina needed for competition-style fitness events.

Whether you're looking to push yourself or take your training to the next level, this class delivers measurable progress each week. You can expect to sweat, use teamwork, and gain functional skills. Prepare to train like an athlete!

The Big 5 Workshop

The Big 5 Workshop is designed to educate participants on mastering the five foundational compound movements that form the basis of both athletic performance and functional strength — squat, hinge, bench press, overhead press, and row.

If you would like to learn how to perform these movements efficiently, understand progression and load management, and develop the ability to adapt these skills into every function and overall health, this is the program for you! You will leave with a stronger understanding of how to train smarter, move more effectively, and sustain performance.

Run Ready

This workshop is designed to improve endurance running performance by enhancing strength, mobility, and injury prevention through targeted strength training, running efficiency, and recovery techniques. The goal is to help runners optimize their running economy, reduce injury risk, and build the physical durability needed for long-distance running.
