The Power Swing: Golf Strength & Mobility Workshop

The Power Swing is designed to enhance your golf performance by improving strength, power, and mobility in the key muscles and movement patterns used in the golf swing.

This workshop also incorporates injury-prevention strategies targeting common overuse injuries among golfers, including low back pain, shoulder impingement, golfer’s elbow, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints. Participants will take part in progressive strength training, power development, and targeted mobility work to help optimize performance on the course.

Whether you're looking to hit the ball farther, move more efficiently, or stay pain-free this season, this workshop will help prepare your body for the demands of the game.
